CA verification — UDIN certificate
Kya chahiye: Aapke CA se ek "Certificate of Outstanding Dues" — books of account ke basis pe, UDIN ke saath. Aapko format dhundhne ki zaroorat nahi — neeche button se ready-made draft niklega jisme aapke saare invoice numbers, amounts aur interest pehle se bhare hain. CA ko sirf review karke apna UDIN, membership no. aur sign add karna hai (ya apne hisaab se modify kar sakta hai).
Demand notice — 43B(h) + MSMED
Generate → Print/Save as PDF → "Email buyer" se draft khulega (PDF manually attach karo — browsers attach support nahi karte) → bhejne ke baad "Mark sent".

  1. Login: odr.msme.gov.in pe "Login with Udyam" — aapka Udyam no. aur Udyam-registered mobile pe OTP.
  2. New Application → Delayed Payment: buyer details bharo (naam + GSTIN aapke claim me already hai — copy karo).
  3. Invoice details: wahi numbers jo yahan file kiye — amount, date, due date. Interest amount me is app ka computed figure daalo.
  4. Documents upload: invoice PDF, agreement/PO, ledger, CA certificate (sab "Documents on file" me neeche pade hain — wahan se download karke portal pe upload).
  5. Submit → application number milega. Wahi number neeche record karo — tracking shuru.
Council proceedings — kya hota hai ab
MSEFC = Micro & Small Enterprises Facilitation Council — aapke state ki sarkari body jo delayed-payment references decide karti hai. Aapka ODR application isi ke paas jata hai. Process: pehle conciliation (settlement ki koshish, buyer ko notice jata hai), nahi bana to arbitration (binding award). Poora process 90 din me complete hona mandate hai. Track kahan karein: ODR portal pe login karke application status + email/SMS updates aate hain — jo bhi update mile, neeche note karo taaki poori history ek jagah rahe. Hearing virtual hoti hai zyada tar.
